Haffmans & Neumeister is an independent German eyewear manufacturer in Saxony. During our production in Markranstädt near Leipzig, our entire product is created without any interference from outside sources. The glasses are regionally embedded in the Saxon handicraft tradition and are renowned for their high attention to quality.
Our design, marketing, and sales headquarters are integrated into the urban structures in the heart of Leipzig's Lindenau district. Leipzig Lindenau is a constantly in-motion district known for its many small galleries, studios and cafés. The creative minds who work here are on the pulse of the times and are accurate to the motto "form follows function". This is how we create modern and timeless eyewear designed for people who value quality, individuality, freedom, and truly thought-out design.

H&N was founded more than 20 years ago by the Haffman´s brothers and their long-time partner Neumeister in Berlin. Before that, the founders had already established the Berlin eyewear label ic! Berlin and MYKITA. From the German capital, the Haffmans & Neumeister brand made a name for itself and continues to inspire a growing national and international audience with its clear, light and timeless avant-garde look. Since 2023, the Haffmans & Neumeister brand has been at home with SCHEFFLER GmbH, the full-service provider for surface finishing. The entire know-how of the traditional manufactory flows into the entire production process.

Our Team constantly tries to think and act sustainably and forward-looking. We see ourselves as optimizers with a love of detail. Implementing all production structures at the Saxony location makes sustainable, resource-saving production possible, giving us an innate sense of pride in our company. Whenever possible, we use recycled materials. We feed any waste materials into the material cycle.

Our signature rivet hinge is the ideal representative of everything we produce. Its simple and intuitive nature makes it a pleasure to work with, while its subtle and filigree aesthetic is more akin to a piece of jewellery than a techy gimmick. We keep our frames as simple as possible, letting the flowing lines of the glasses speak for themselves.
